MY TRIP TO NEW YORK

Hello! My name is Bianca. I am in the satate of New York, in New York City. I'm 16 years old. I entered the New York E.F. Academy. From 3 test I did and wish I passed. It was difficult, but I succeeded. Here is Winter, the season of the year that I like the most. I'll stay for 90 days. I finally got the much-desired scholarship! I came with two friends that I made during the selections: Anna Laiza and Rafaela Carolina. We visited three places today: New York E.F. Academy, the Statue of Liberty and Central Park.

When we arrived, we went New York E.F. Academy. Arriving there, we stored our things in the room, and decided to explore it's surroundings. First we visited the cafeteria. It was very big, with many tables, home-cooked, a counter with several very nice stuff. They even had a television, it seemed. Then we visited the library, had never seen such a large library! It had several books, huge shelves, some tables and sofas. We went too see how the corridors were. They were huge and with many windows, also had those cabinets . It a movie! Soon I located the external area, so we went there. It had a beautiful green and very flowery garden. It also had a very large court and a swimming pool for the swimming lessons. The we went back to the bedroom and packed our things. I loved our school.

In the afternoon, we went for a walk on the island where the Statue of Liberty is. We took a boat and went. Despite being winter, and being chilly, the tour was great. The water was very blue and the landscape perfect! We arrived on the island, and it was quite big, full of trees lots of flowers. It looked like a fairy tale! It is much bigger up close and much prettier too! Loved the visit on the island.

At nigth we went to Central Park. As it is winter, and it is ice skating season, there were lots of people there having fun. We skated a lot. It seemed like I was floating in the clouds. I lived a real dream!

Today was a great day. I made my dreams come true! My friends and I went out and had a lot of fun. I plan to have fun and get to know the whole city during these 90 days. Tomorrow I will tell you more about my day. See you tomorrow, kisses and good night!
