I'm in Dallas, Texas. I got this trip from my parents gift
for having spent in college. I'm at the Ritz Carlton Dallas hotel, it's spring
here, in April we're 20 years old. I'll be here for a week. Dallas is a tourist
town, I visited the following places: first was Dealey Plaza the second Dallas
World Aquarium and the last Fort Worth Stockyards.
On my first trip to Dealey Plaza, I visited the square where
President John F. Kennedy was assassinated in 1963 when he was driving in an
open car. There are always groups of people taking photos on the street or in
the grass around the marked x on the ground. I felt an indescribable sensation,
a mixture of fear with curiosity and more desire to research on the subject.
The second place I visited was Dallas World Aquarium, it is
a aquarium super different from everyone I have ever seen. A mix of tropical
forest greenhouse with aquarium. The visitors enter by a path that goes from
the top of the trees down through the forest until arriving under the river. Aquarium
with fish from various parts of the world and a tunnel under the tank of sharks
and rays. The kids loved it but it was very crowded on the Saturday I visited.
The last stroll today was Fort Worth Stockyards is a
historic place full of museums and cool activities, shops and restaurants.
There were rodeos at night and I went on a super excited, country music. My day
was tiring but profitable, rich in many experiences. For the next few days I
want to know the cuisine of the city and many other things. Even more with new
experiences. Good evening!
