A trip to Los Angeles

Today, I came to tell you about  my first day on my trip to Los Angeles. And to make this trip I have saved the money I receive from my mother monthly. I came with my mother. We will stay here for 1 week. On January holidays it is very good to travel, because it is summer. Here in Los Angeles is very beautiful. At age 13 I have a great opportunity to fulfill a great dream. Today I went to visit 3 Los Angeles attractions: Los Angeles Zoo and Botanical Garden, Los Angeles County Art Museum, The Mall The Grove and  The Original Farmer's Market.

The first place we went to was to the Zoo, which has been open since 1966 and house more than 250 species of animals and 800 species of plants. It has and area of 0.5 km² and 1100 animals from various parts of the world. I felt a great emotion, for being with my mother realizing a very big dream and for this with her having fun. 

The second place we went was at the Los Angeles County Art Museum, with a varied collection of art history, movie shows and concerts. It is very interesting. There are several people from all over the world visiting the museum.

The third place we went to was the mall The Grove and The Original Farmer's Market. There we bought clothes, shoes and handbag, that is why we didn't take a lot of clothes with us from Brazil.

Afterall, this time getting to know some sights in Los Angeles we went to the hotel to rest. This day was very tiring, but it was worth every second. I'm very happy but now I'm going to rest so I can enjoy this trip tomorrow. Bye!
